Tiwa Savage needs not bother: it’s going to take a while before her place is usurped in Nigeria’s music hall of fame. If anyone was in doubt of that, she must have cleared it Sunday night at BuckwyldnBreathless.

As the other headline act that shared with stage with 2Baba, she ensured that her name is sung by adoring fans for many years to come.

Performing with a live band and a full choreographed dance group led by Kaffy; Tiwa set the bar extremely high for the following acts.

Her set was scripted to perfection, segueing from hit track to the next and the next.

‘If I Start To Talk’, her collabo with Mavin label mate, Dr. Sid, got the crowd singing along with her but it was ‘My Darling’ that really turned the hall into a frenzy. She was complemented by Kaffy and her dancers who rode the talking drums on that beat.

At a point, she paused her performance to bring Kaffy’s five-year-old son for a ‘dancing competition’. The five minutes that followed was an accurate choreography featuring the young man.

And when the audience thought Tiwa was done, she had a costume change to performe another set. However, her handover to Flavourshowed that she indeed is a master of her craft.

Take a bow Miss Tiwa. You’re one of a kind.

10 year-old househelp assaulted by her boss, for eating children's meat

A pregnant housewife, identified as  Juliet Ozoarinze, has been arrested by the Police  for allegedly torturing a 10-year-old girl, Blessing, in Ijesha, Surulere, Lagos State. The mother of four was also accused of assaulting the victim since she started living with the (Juliet’s) family in July 2017. She was alleged to have used different objects on her over allegations of being tardy in running errands, not being prompt in answering summons and practising witchcraft. The suspect’s husband, Kenneth, was reported to have returned Blessing to her aunt, Vivian, on Tuesday, October 17, after the wife allegedly used a knife to cut the 10-year-old in the hand for allegedly stealing and eating the food meant for her children.
