A couple who got jiggy in the Castle Road branch, in Scarborough, appeared at Scarborough Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.

Daniella Hirst and Craig Smith were caught on CCTV engaging in a s ex act and having s ex in the pizza delivery shop as staff worked on the other side of the counter, earlier this year.

Magistrates at the trial watched the 18-minute footage showing the pair in the pizza shop in February. The video showed the couple ordering food and messing around with a yellow cleaning cone before Hirst performs oral s ex on Smith. They are then seen having s ex as Hirst straddles a wet-floor sign while leaning on the counter close to the till. Scott McLoughlin, the couple’s solicitor, told the court the incident happened after the pair had been drinking.

Hirst, 29, of Bridlington, was given a 12-month community order, and was also given a curfew for 23 weeks. She was also ordered to complete 10 days rehabilitation and ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge. Smith, 31, also of Bridlington, was also given a 12-month community order, including 23 weeks curfew.

Smith was also ordered to complete 15 days rehabilitation, 200 hours of unpaid work and to pay an £85 victim surcharge. When he was told he would also be completing 200 hours of unpaid work, he reportedly ‘exploded’ and shouted: ‘Why do I have to do that extra?!’
